Thanks LondonGirl. I share your short list. (By the way, some 4/4s are making a variation of LX1001 available off-shore.)

Re: Homotaurine (tramiprosate) appears to be a structure corrector
It's early days with this research, so I'm not sure of anything. But if homotaurine is a structure corrector, I'd want it to correct my apoE4 all the time. ApoE4 might help with brain development, but after childhood, I think its function is likely purely deleterious -- morning, noon, night. But who...

Re: Methylene Blue AD Cure Celebration Thread!
T, thanks. That's what I thought. I confess my kitchen is filled with blue stains, but I think I now know how to put the powder in capsules carefully. It seems like the easiest approach, for me at least. My next question is about getting non-contaminated MB. This was helpful: https://docs.google.com...

Re: Homotaurine (tramiprosate) appears to be a structure corrector
Aphorist. Good question. The Alzheon studies didn't look at different time of day dosing. I'm not sure it would make a huge difference, but, like you, I haven't yet fully digested the Nemergut paper. I'm aiming for the apoE4 structure corrector function, which makes me want to take homotaurine throu...

Re: Methylene Blue AD Cure Celebration Thread!
Quick question. Everyone seems to be speaking about taking MB as liquid drops. Is there some reason that is escaping me as to why one couldn't just put the right amount of powder into a capsule and pop the capsule? I have an accurate milligram scale, and lots of capsules.
Thanks,
Brian

Great news Julie -- thank you! I look forward to seeing this come to market.Dr. Bredesen is very excited about this one and is partnering with a company to release a fairly inexpensive version soon.

Has anyone found a way to get a p-tau217 test?

N, thanks. Very helpful background info! I think I'll ignore my (slightly) suboptimal result.

Re: Has anyone else gotten the new Abeta 42/40 test?
Thanks everyone, for the helpful thoughts about Quest's 42:40 ratio test. I'm puzzled by their reference range. Here's what their report says about interpreting results: ------------ Plasma beta-amyloid 42/40 ratio Risk Table: Risk of Alzheimer's Disease: Lower Risk: > or = 0.170 Intermediate Risk: ...
