Tennis is probably hiit (high intensity intervals). This might be relevant because there are different advantages fron the different types of exercise and HIIT has some good ones.

Also, I would read up on serotonin syndrome - which can happen with too much MB. Maoa genetics might influence how much is too much.

Are we sure the decreased AD isn't because would be AD patients already died of heart attacks? ED is linked to coronary issues.

I remember when I was pregnant, I read studies about choline helping memory and that it was implicated (maybe wi rodent studies) that choline during pregnancy and breastfeeding protected against AD later in life. I've taken choline or eaten eggs frequently since then.

I'm not e4/e4, but I've had some head injuries in the distant past - so I've read up on the subject. One thing is a big fraction of damage happens after the impact due to chemical reactions and inflammation. So getting proper care is important. A couple things is I try to have a couple of supplement...

Not sure. However, I read a article recently about men that have been given treatment to lower testosterone (for prostate cancer) had a higher incidence of dementia - than those not given the treatment. This may or may not correlate to the effect of some testosterone in women.

Also, some medicines used to treat TB, methylene blue and artemisinin, seem to show action against AD. Oddly, these are also used for malaria - maybe because they are both at least somewhat antibiotic?
