I don't think I'll believe in the list. It checked for RDA's and I don't think that is all inclusive. The fact that eggs are so low highlights the fact that there are so many nutrients that we need that aren't captured in the standard list....

One needs 500ish mg a day. Unless one is eating liver and eggs, it would be hard to get that.

If you are going to have a baby, you definitely need to look into Choline. Choline is a nutrient that is hard to get even the RDA in today's diet, given that it isn't in many foods besides organ meats and eggs.
