Hey Flora, I thought you might find this article interesting Qigong, used to complement COVID-19 and cancer treatment, a mental 'game-changer'.

Thanks for the article, Theresa. I’m always interested in reading about the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. My daily practice is into the 11th year now and I plan to keep it up as long as I am able. (That was a promise I made to myself back in 2010.) I think the combination of movement, breath and intention is powerful.

I’ve been considering offering another Qigong MeetUp. Your post In this thread may inspire me to follow up on that.
