Hey Flora, I thought you might find this article interesting Qigong, used to complement COVID-19 and cancer treatment, a mental 'game-changer'.floramaria wrote:Qigong is an internal energy practice combining gentle movement and breath that is a foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Thanks for the article, Theresa. I’m always interested in reading about the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. My daily practice is into the 11th year now and I plan to keep it up as long as I am able. (That was a promise I made to myself back in 2010.) I think the combination of movement, breath and intention is powerful.TheresaB wrote: Hey Flora, I thought you might find this article interesting Qigong, used to complement COVID-19 and cancer treatment, a mental 'game-changer'.
So keep qigonging (is that a verb? :qD )

Okay , you two! You’re on. I have a trip coming up but will set a date for sometime in February after I return. Any preferred days? We did Saturday afternoon before, but that was arbitrarily chosen on my part.JML wrote:I would join you for another Qigong Meetup!
